ALEX: Haze

Sorry to confuse you all, but I’ve been playing in hard light a lot lately. I know, not what you’re used to from me but there’s a fine and dangerous line between being consistent and putting out the same work week after week. Consistency for the sake of consistency is just silly. If your tastes change, your work should change with it. Well mine are evolving, so here you go!

Also, edited this full set with my Bright 3 preset from my Heck Yeah Bright Pack!

some of these are iconically your style and some are entirely new. the use of shadows in this is completely new but so beautiful. posing/tones/etc is still great buti think an area you’ve mentioned being weak in (composition) is actually brilliant in this set.

Hi, Awesome work! You know, keeping your work consistent is one of the rules you try following, but remember that rules are created to brake them! And you nailed it! BTW, what lens did you use?

These are the most interesting photos you have produced yet. They draw on the best of your skills and your classic look with the back lighting, but they are way more dynamic, challenging and interesting for the viewer. To be able to produce dynamic shots in hard light is taking things to the next level. Really impressive – keep it up!
