2014: My Favorite Frames

Holy bonkers.

Here I am again. Writing my end of the year post that somehow always seems to sneak up on me. As much as I want to ramble on, I will do my best to be brief so you can dig in to the stuff that matters.  Below I included some of my most popular Shoot Tips articles, my most popular classes, and some of my favorite One Frame breakdowns for you all if you happened to missed them earlier in the year. Enjoy!

If you only read one of these articles, make it this one. It’s full of things that I believe to my core: The Photographer’s Manifesto

SHOOT TIPS: Back Lighting | Don’t Pose, Direct | Be Positive

CLASSES: Editing and Workflow | Style and Brand | Ask Anything

ONE FRAME: Forest Rangers | Lavender and Ivy | Madison | Cozy | Waverly

2015 is going to be killer. I’ll be speaking at WPPI and Photo Field Trip to kick off the year as well as launching something that I have been working on for a while that will be filled with tons of amazing education and inspiration. Not to mention, FOSTER Workshops! The first one of the year with Benj Haisch sold out in a couple of days but I just posted dates and locations for the next two on the website so make sure you check them out and sign up for the email list so you will be among the first to know when spots open up!

Lastly, a HUGE thank you to every one who I’ve had the pleasure working with this year. I value all of you and still can’t believe how amazing it is that I get to do this for a living. Below are some of my favorite frames of 2014. HECK YES!
