Ashley and Tom : Big Sur Elopement
I had had a blast shooting Ashley and Tom’s elopement in Big Sur last month! There is nothing quite as intimate as a private little elopement like this. During our time, I shot a couple rolls of film and wanted to share an all film blog post since I haven’t in a while. Everything you see below is shot on the Contax 645!

No need to decide right now whether or not you will add it into your business permanently but you won't know until you try. I always end up with my best shots when I shot film because I slow down so much more and focus on what really makes an image great.
GORGEOUS images, as always! Big Sur is one of my most favorite places in the world! I hope to shoot a wedding or elopement there one day!
My hubby and I went on a 9-day camping trip along highway 1 back in 2008, it is still one of my most favorite trips to this day!

i recently came across your site via facebook and I really love that you include tips in your blog posts. i definitely agree with your point about shooting with film. i haven’t shot with film yet, but i definitely plan to. i recently bought a medium format camera and was waiting for the right shoot/time for my first experience with medium format. my only qualm is that film is so pricey. but kudos for the tip!
