tip:

If you're after a slow shutter look you might find that sometimes it's just too damn bright to slow your shutter down enough for the blurred look. Grab yourself a variable neutral density filter and that problem will go away. Screw it onto your lens, and it can help you lower the amount coming into your lens by 2-8 stops which will allow you to slow down your shutter enough for the look you're after. Bingo.
